Cergas Murni Sdn. Bhd., began its operation as a Class B registered contractor in 1991 with two construction projects, namely, a road/bridge project at Kuala Lipis, Pahang Darul Makmur (RM 8.6 million) and a road widening project of the Federal Highway in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan (RM 4 million). Two years thereafter, as a result of its successful track record, Cergas Murni was upgraded as Class A registered Contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) as a Class A contractor and is also registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a Class G7 contractor, enabling us to tender for government and private projects of any size.
Cergas Murni is also a certified ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 & OSHAS 18001:2007 company since 2005.
Cergas Murni was then awarded road and bridge projects in the state of Pahang Darul Makmur and Perak Darul Ridzuan with the value ranging from RM 10 Million to 80 Million. Since then Cergas Murni has successfully completed many projects and due to Cergas Murni’s impressive track record it is currently involved in major construction projects valued at between RM 150 Million to RM 250 Million in the East Coast namely the Lebuhraya Pantai Timur Fasa II Package 9A (RM202 Million), Package 9B (RM 86 Million) and Package 3 (RM 224 Million) and the Eastern Corridor Economic Region project namely Jambatan Bukit Kuang, Kemaman valued at RM 190 Million.
Cergas Murni is also currently involved in the construction of the Second Penang Bridge project namely the Batu Maung Interchange on Penang Island joining the main bridge valued at RM 152 Million.
