Package 9A Fasa II is a continuous stage for Package 9A and 9B, where it involves the upgrading of the three junction located at Jalan Kencana, Jalan Kuari and Bandar Tasik Selatan from at grade to grade separated bridge and two footbridges.

The works involve the construction of one bridge over Jalan Kencana junction, one bridge over the Jalan Kuari junction and Bandar Tasik Selatan interchange which consist of four ramps, two carved bridges and two footbridges at Ch.380m and Ch.7960m.
