The project is located 12km from Melaka Town and about 5km from the Ayer Keroh exit of the North South Expressway (PLUS). The total length of road is about 5.5.km along Jalan Gapam. The scope of works involves upgrading the existing Jaln Gapam to a four lane dual carriage way to JKR R4 standard, replace the existing twin pipe culvert with 4.2m x 2.4m precast box culvert, L-Shape retaining wall, street lightning, traffic lights, RSD type II drainage system and U-shape drain. |
