The bridge at the North South Federal Road is being constructed for the North South bound Railway crossing. It consists of 15 spans with an overall length of 540 meters. The spans crossing the railway track are 50.4m in length. The project comprises of earthworks, roadworks, retaining wall and drainage works.
Two types of piling methods were used for the bridge namely:
(1) 600mm diameter bore piles
(2) 800mm diameter bore piles
Total of 304 numbers. |
