The Project Penswastaan Lebuhraya Bertingkat Sungai Besi – Ulu Kelang (SUKE) (Package CB1) was completed within 30 months. This package spans from CH:11070 to CH:15000 and is divided into two sections: Section B7 (CH:11070 to CH:13000) and Section B8 (CH:13000 to CH:15000), totalling nearly 4 kilometres in length.
Package CB1 of the SUKE Highway received its Certificate of Practical Completion on 28 February 2022. Remarkably, this section of the SUKE Highway was among the first packages opened for public use. The grand opening ceremony for traffic flow took place at noon on 16 September 2022, officiated by the Works Minister of Malaysia.
